June 21st, 2010 The Minileague changes into a pilot annual of the European Lacrosse League (ELL)

Last and this year Czech teams suscessfully tried out a new system of box- lacrosse competition called Minileague, which had a positive feedback both from players and coaches. Now we offer also foreign players to take part in the competition. See more details here.


July 15th, 2010 LCC Wolves finished 7th in the Canada Day Tournament

LCC Wolves finished 7th in Midget B cathegory in the Canada Day tournament in Calgary. Anyway, it was a great experience for all of them and a highly enjoyable trip. See photos here.


June 21st, 2010 LCC Wolves preparing for Canada Day

Fourteen junior players will represent Czech Republic in Canada Day tournament in Calgary. They are leaving on Monday June 28th to defend their bronze medal from last year in the Midget B cathegory. Cross finger for them. More news from the trour will follow.


June 21st, 2010 Prague Cup 2010 is coming

From Wednesday to Saturday traditional women's lacrosse and field-lacrosse Prague Cup is held ath the Slavia Praha venue in Prague 10. Teams from USA, Australia and the Czech Republic will contest. Check www.lacrossepraguecup.cz for schedule and more info.


June 21st, 2010 LCC Girlz are Champions again

LCC Girlz gained the silver in Berlin Open. They lost in the final against American Global Players. LCC men's team adopting players from various Czech teams preparing for the World Cup finished 9th. See a photogallery here.


June 14th, 2010 LCC Girlz are Champions again

LCC Girlz won the the second finag game easily 14:3 over FTVS Retro Teeen and became the Czech Champion again. Jižní Město took the bronze after their victory against LCC Chicks. Chicks then became the Czech Junior Women's Lacrosse Champions. See a photogallery here.


May 31st, 2010 LCC Girlz heading for the Champions title

LCC Girlz won the first final match against FTVS Retro Teen 23:1 and they are heading for the title in best of three final serie. LCC Chicks lost against Jižní Město in the bronze medal game #1. The second matches are schedule on June 12th. See a photogallery here.

May 28th, 2010 Women's Lacrosse League is heading to the finals

May 21st, 2010 Custodes won NLL final game 4 and defeated the title (photogallery)

Custodes won the 4th National box-lacrosse league final game against Jižní Město and became the Czech box-lacrosse Champion for the fifth time in a row. After the defeat on Tuesday, Custodes performed well concentrated game both on Wednesday and Thursday and Jižní Město could not find an answer. May 17th, 2010 Custodes turned the first NBLL final match over in the last minute

Custodes won the dramatic 1st NBLL final in the last minute when they equalized just 17 seconds befoe the whistle and added a winning goal after a beautifull combination after another 12 seconds. The final serie continues tomorrow and on Wednesday.at 7.30 p. m. CET. May 12th, 2010 Custodes will match Jižní Město in the NBLL finals

Custodes easily won their second semi-final against Falcons 27:2 and Jižní Město defeated Malešice in their second match 12:4. Traditional rivals will match on Monday in the first game of NBLL final serie. The match starts at 7.30 p.m. in Radotin LCC arena. See photos from the semis here.

May 11th, 2010 Custodes defeated Falcons and heading to the finals

Custodes defeated Falcons 22:7 in the NBLL semi-final game 1. The second match is scheduled for tonight 7.30. In the second semi-final Jižní Město leads 1:0 against Malešice after victory 15:10 on Monday. Their second match is held tonight too at 8 p.m at the Slavia arena in Prague 10.


May 8th, 2010 NBLL Semi-finals: Custodes vs. Falcons, Jižní Město vs. Malešice

Custodes smashed Plzeň 26:1, Malešice defeated Pardubice 28:4, Jižní Město won over Slavia 14:9 and Falcons defeated ForFun 13:9 in the National Box-lacrosse League quarter-finals. April 14th, 2010 (updated Apr 15th) Team Iroquios cancelled their participation in the Memorial

Unfortunatelly Team Iroquois cancelled their participation in the Aleš Hřebeský Memorial 2010, although we were assured about their intension to come just prior the Easter. Therefore the tournament system and schedule had to be adapted. Click here for details. Despite the withdraw of one of the most expected teams, this year annual still has the highest quality ever and spectators will have an opportunity to enjoy great lacrosse.

March 1st, 2010 Last spot for team at Aleš Hřebeský Memorial available

Twenty teams representing ten lacrosse nation will meet in Radotín to compete at the 17th annual Aleš Hřebeský Memorial from April 22nt to 25th, 2010. We are very happy to announce that for the first time in history of European lacrosse an Iroquois boxlacrosse team will appear. The last team spot is still empty and available for one team. March 1st, 2010 National Boxlacrosse League 2009/2010 Enters the Second Phase

On Tuesday March 2nd LCC Radotín, defending NBLL Champion, will meet LC Pardubice in the first match of NBLL 2009/2010 second phase. Eleven teams playe in two round-robin groups in autumn. Six top teams will now match in upper "golden" group while remaining teams will play lower "silver" group. Results will set an order for the quarte-final matches. October 30th, 2009 LCC Women Won the Czech-German Champions Cup

LCC women's team won the firts annual Czech-German Champions Cup played on October 24–25 in Hannover. Two top teams from each country participated: LCC, SK Lacrosse Jižní Město, München, and Hannover. LCC won the games against Jižní Město and München easily, but lost the victory over Hannover in tha last minute when the German team equalized. Thanks to better overall score LCC won the whole tournament. LCC also defeated English Caterham School team in a friendly match. A photogallery is here, see videoreports at www.videosport.cz.

October 13th, 2009 The Final Tournament of 2009 Juniors Box-lacrosse League was held

July 15th, 2009 LCC Wolves 3rd in Canada Day Tournament in Calgary

LCC Wolves, an U17 team consisting of LC Pardubice, SK Lacrosse Jižní Město, LC Old Dogs Plzeň, and LCC Radotín took part in the Canada Day tournament in Calgary anf finished 3rd in Midget B cathegory. It was the very first youth team participation in a boxlacrosse tournament overseas and it was very succesfull. Two Canadian teams have already inquired for the participation in the Youth boxlacrosse tournament planned for August 2010 to Radotín. See Wolves results here.


June 3rd, 2009 LCC is the Czech Box-lacrosse Champion again

LCC Radotín defeated TJ Malešice in the second NBLL final game and became the Czech Champion. It is LCC's fourt consecutive victory in the league. Watch the game at the Czech TV site , a photogallery is here.

May 30th, 2009 LCC women are Czech Champions again

May 30th, 2009 TJ Malešice will play NBLL final after 11 years 

TJ Malešice suprisingly defeated SK Lacrosse Jižní Město in the NBLL semi-final 14 : 8 and after long 11 years will play for the title. The final serie starts on Monday June 1st, continues on Wednesday June 3rd and the eventual 3rd match is planned on Thursday June 4th. May 26th, 2009 Canada Day Tournament 2009

For the first time in history a Czech juniors team will take part in the box-lacrosse tournament in Canada. 16 players from the wider squad of 25 will be chosen to represent at the CAnada Day tourney amongst over then 80 loval teams playing in four cathegories. February 25th. 2009 Ken Galluccio Passed Away

On Sunday February 22nd, 2009 Ken Galluccio passed away. Ken was one of the people who helped European lacrosse to develop and his work and effort was enormous. As an ILDC office he help to spread lacrosse to new countries and he was working on the coaching programme as well. Ken was co-operating with the Czech lacrosse very much. He was referee in chief for the European Championship 2004 in Prague and he brought his coaching program to Radotín Junior's Camp two years ago. The European lacrosse have lost one of the most enthusiastic personalities and many of us will miss a good friend. Find more information about Ken here.


NBLLFebruary 15th. 2009 National Box-lacrosse League 2009

Czech Men's Lacrosse Assiciation General Assembly agreed a new model of the National Box-lacrosse League. The competition wil start in mid-March and will be finished by summer. A new Autumn–Spring model will be adopted. There will be 13 teams in the new annual. Two Slovak teams and one Polish team will join the League. A new LC For Fun will participate too. Following basic groups were tossed: 

Group A: LCC Radotín, Falcons Millionaires, Old Dogs Plzeň, LC Pardubice, LK Kroměříž, Bratislava Tricksters (SVK), 
Skupina B: LC SK Jižní Město, TJ Malešice, LC Slavia Praha, LC Šumperk, Bratislava Bats (SVK), LC For Fun

Again LCC Radotín organizes Juniors' Box-lacrosse League. The serie of turnaments will be played on folloving days: March 19th, May 17th and 24th, June 14th.
